Born and raised in Hawaii, Jeff Pagay has been drawing since he was a child, and has become proficient in his use of acrylic and oil paints and airbrushing. He began his professional art career creating t-shirts for tourists. His versatile artwork can be seen in many murals, signs, banners, CD covers and countless illustrations.
